Sma5hMusic v1.4
This release focuses on QoL improvements.
- Contextual menu available in playlist items to set an exact value, copy/paste values between tracks, and paste value between tracks across all 16 order sets.
- Add info + checks on start_point0-4, start_point_suddendeath, start_point_transition (need to enable advanced mode).
- "Use Recent" option will show up when selecting a game. Useful for adding bunch of songs from the same game.
- Tool menu to open useful folders: mod folder, output folder, resources folder, logs folder.
- [EXPERIMENTAL] In-Game volume: After enabling this option, the playback volume of each song will be set relative to their volume property. This can be used to compare the loudness of a song relative to another. Note: The playback volume was developed to be as close as possible to in-game values, but it might still be slightly off in certain cases (hence the experimental :))
- Param_labels.csv updated.
- Fix a few bugs.
Sma5hMusic v1.31
Quick release to fix a couple bugs.
v1.31

- Small UI is now active by default
- Recent msbt values > Will appear once you start adding/editing songs
- Use tag {{ and }} in between text you want to display in smaller font in game
- Block the user from importing songs with a frequency inferior to 32Khz. The game crashes with theses.
- Fix a potential issue when writing a new nus3bank id to new songs depending on the nus3bank used as template.
- Add total number of songs + modded songs in the GUI (list of songs + playlists).
- Add correct volume information to all core songs*.
- Change file/Recalculate song cues > From the BGM Edit Modal
- [EXPERIMENTAL] Move to other mod > Right click on a mod song in the list
- [EXPERIMENTAL] Rename Tone Id > Right click on a mod song in the list
- [EXPERIMENTAL] Hiding songs from playlist > You can now hide songs from specific order ids (untested in game)
- [EXPERIMENTAL] The features "rename tone ID" and "move to another mod" should automatically update the reference of the modified song in the playlists (if necessary).
Before using experimental features make a backup of your working folder (Mods)
*nus3bank are not regenerated for core songs. This is outside of the scope of this tool (for now)
Sm5shMusic v1.2
- Support for game v11.0 (Pyra & Mythra)
- Update packages
- Fix a few bugs
Instructions:
- Copy 11.0 files in Resources/Game like always
- Make sure the program says Game v.11.0 it's next to the software title
- The original xenoblade playlist for Gaur's plain will not have the new songs if you already have mods. You can go to Mods\MusicOverride\playlist_override.json to remove the entry for playlist "bgmxenoblade" or add the songs manually from the UI
- Similarly, if you have a order_override.json the new songs might be displayed at the end of the list in sound test, you can either delete order_override.json or reorder.
- Before testing, disable all your other mods and make sure it works as-is.
Initial release
- This tool is still experimental
- Before use, make sure to backup your game save file just in case
