Android client

Hello,

when do you foresee the availability of an Android client?
We would like to use Defguard, but the availability of an Android client is almost a must have in our case.

Of course we can use a Wireguard client on mobiles, but this means not using MFA, which makes moving to Defguard basically pointless.

Do you have a roadmap for this development?

@amanzone can you elaborate on your setup? How many users? How many VPN locations?

Yes, sure.

In my setup I would have about 30 users and just 1 location.
I have so far tested Defguard with docker containers, but final installation will be k3s based.
All clients will conect for sure from Windows laptops but for some sub-set, let's say 10 users, these will also connect from Android

Hi @amanzone - we are on a stage where we plan our roadmap based on our paying customers needs.
And most of them have at least ACL as a major feature on top before mobile clients.
We are on the finish with 1.2 release with some major features - after that 1.3 with ACLs. And then mobile clients.
