Add cleaning moping pads interval Deebot T20 - Please... 😭

I really need HA to be able to set up the cleaning interval of the moping pads to 60 minutes because without this, if the robot is on a floor without a docking station, it will search its dock indefinitelly after cleaning for 15 min (the maximum time for cleaning pads interval in the official app). Even when vacuuming only without mopping, as soon as there is a bit too much dust in the robot, it will stop working and try to find its dock to empty it.

I did try to implement this feature myself even though I have only very basic knowledge of python and absolutelly no knowledge on how to implement components for HA. With help, I implemented this feature twice in #376 and #339. Both times it worked but it wasn't merged for reasons I don't understand or I didn't know how to solve.

I thought I'd find an alternative solution because I couldn't manage to convince @edenhaus help me merge #376 but after some months I am back here, this robot is driving me crazy. Why is it searching its docking station on a floor where it knows there is none!?!

Now that the Deebot-4-Home-Assistant component has been merged in the core, I have absolutelly no idea how to try a third implementation of the feature and pray for it to be merged this time.

Conclusion :
Please, someone, implement a service to set the cleaning pads interval of the mopping pads to 6, 10, 15 and 60 minutes.
