[ENHANCEMENT] Key combos in the "Map Buttons" prompt

one of the issues i have when playing emulators is that when i want to capture a replay I have to hit the "Capture replay" bind on my keyboard. of which doing so takes my hands off my controller, Leaving me vulnerable.

Describe the solution you'd like
Simply put, if a modifier key e.g. Control, Alt, Shift are still being held, be able to input another key. for example my Capture replay bind is "Left Alt+ C"
