Issue upon using append mode with named mobs.

This occurs mainly with mythicmobs. When i hit a hostile mythic mob, the appended bar just appends the entire line of text instead of just the health bar, causing in duplication of the strings.

Also, if I use the override mode, the custom name of the mythicmob is gone.
Edit: also applies to all mobs.

Spigot version: I'm using Purpur, so my current Purpur Version is 1.21.1-2328-d49ca07 (MC: 1.21.1)

Plugin version: 2.0.4.1 (latest build available as of now).
