@DavidDurman Fixed the bug where Safari can't getElementById inside the svg.

I'm not using getElementsByTagName as others suggest because PhantomJS's svg implementation doesn't support the "new" linearGradient tag name.

Also updated the minified file.

PD:

It's currently working in Safari in the example website because it's using an older version of the colorpicker.
