Game lags a lot on high end pc.

I have a pretty decent High-End PC I guess. My average FPS is above 200+, But the minimum FPS is below 10. Because of that, it caused a lot of lag spikes, It makes the game almost unplayable. I disabled the mod and the minimum fps went back to normal.
