这个issue出现的可能性很多，仅上述文字描述无法给出你比较满意的解决办法，首先确定训练和测试代码是否有问题，如果没有问题，请确定训练过程是否正常，或训练数据构建是否正确。

可能是训练产生的权重不够优？我以前试过这样的情况。。。。。
