Telemetry I - anonymized info on regular user actions. We might want to store (for later aggregation, etc) user sessions such as step-loading with their timestamp, all grouped by a TIMEUUID key. Under the general mechanism "katapod runs command, retrieves output" we should equip such data with scenario repo URL and commit ID as well.
