As currently implemented, the datadog_logs_archive resource requires the specification of a role_name parameter for the s3_archive block. This works fine for commercial Datadog sites where AWS integrations can be setup to use a role; however, as of writing this feature request, AWS integrations on Datadog Gov require an access key pair to function thereby making this resource unusable in Datadog Gov. Based on my investigation of the existing Datadog API, this feature should be able to be implemented in the Terraform provider here as the API does allow for Datadog Logs Archives to be provisioned using access keys for the integration.
