The 35d5b057-3daf-4ccd-8112-196194598893 dataset is missing the metadata file.

The metadata file is the Excel spreadsheet that is contained in the dataset.

is making a request to

however it is not including an Authorization header, so it is getting a response back with no hits.

Note that the request for the manifest on the same page does include the Authorization header.
