One of the great things about using Trello is the ability to collaborate with everyone on your team from the same workspace. Trello makes it very simple to invite new members, even if you don’t know their email.

You may recall an option to add a Team to a Board when creating it, and this is a little different than adding single members at a time. Basically, you can create a “Team” of users that you can quickly add to any Trello board. Therefore, if you know your project will require several different Boards, you can just add all the same members with the click of a button. This is very easy to do, but out of scope for this lesson. If you wish to learn more about this feature, visit this article: https://trello.com/guide/create-a-team.html

To invite your project team members, simply find the Invite button next to your avatar in the bar next to the Board Title. You can send individual invites via email, or create a link. Creating a link to invite members allows you to simply paste a link in a slack channel -- for instance -- and anyone who clicks on that link can join your board. This allows you to get the project up and running without all of that “what’s your email” back-and-forth.

After that, all your team members will have the same view as you, and you can get to collaborating!
