Add tooltips or info windows

There should be a way to show the user explanatory information to every questionaire item. The exact contents of that info can be added later when we know the items are really finished.

This will be very difficult since I am not using JS, but I will try and figure out a way to implement this functionality without it.

If all else fails, maybe add a small "?" symbol after every item title and link to a page that opens in a small window.

There is the possibility of using a glossary for computer hardware terminology.
