[BUG] Dr. Mario 64 (USA/Japan) [3DS]

Describe the bug(s)

• BUG 1: Viruses only show red, and capsules only show full colors randomly, no mixed colored capsules (red/yellow, red/blue, blue/yellow). Game background for Classic/Marathon/Score Attack and Story/Vs. Computer/Flash modes are glitched. Game and emulator freezes when starting a solo game or battle match after the "1" in the countdown.
• BUG 2: All tutorials are broken (except the Improve Your Game tutorial). The Basic Rules tutorial in the How to Play menu freezes after the 5th page of the tutorial text, after the blue virus is cleared, the 2P Vs. Rules tutorial freezes after the 3-line combo is cleared, which bugs out after the red/yellow capsule is placed, and the 4P Vs. Rules tutorial freezes after the starting blue combo is cleared, which bugs out after the blue/yellow capsule is placed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• BUG 1: Play any game mode (Classic, Story, Vs. Computer, Flash, Marathon, Score Attack).
• BUG 2: Play any tutorial (except Improve Your Game) from the How to Play menu.

Expected behavior
No bugs and glitches, game background correctly shown with no glitches, correct colors for the viruses and capsules, and tutorials work correctly.
