What went well:

- Lots of co-working & mobbing going on - more of this

• Dino joined the team!
• Tests included in most PRs
• Synpress working well and promising for thorough QA
• PR reviews have more detail, happening faster

What we could do better:

• Naming conventions on folder names
• File sizes?
• Should have moved files before refactor tasks maybe
• Branch complexity - need to fork
• Lots of external things disrupting contributors
• Reviewing own code's readability before opening PR
