Currently the plugin is hardcoded to only work only with an AWS endpoint https://github.com/DSchau/gatsby-source-s3/blob/master/src/gatsby-node.js#L37

Instead it would be incredibly helpful if the endpoint was configurable to point to any cloud. So please consider this - thank you
