[FR] install headers and generate pkgconfig (.pc) file

Hi

is possible add in the meson rules. install the headers and create a pkgconfig file (foo.pc)?

usseful if anyone treat to include the lib as external project (instead of pull the sources and blundled in the project)

Probably I didn't get it right, but assuming I did, then...

What you did ask is applicable to original libp2p repo. It would be nice to drop stuffed library files and pull system-wide lib, but I don't know that much about meson to implement it.
