Posting a "Not Approve" or "Approve" message leaves text in the textbox after success. If it's allowed to do these multiple times, then remove text from textbox as indicator that it the flow is complete and some onscreen indicator that it was done, taking you to the post would be idea.

If it's not allowed, then disable the form after submit.

(Also "not approve" is odd language. I imagine trying to avoid saying "Reject").
