Hi @JakeHartnell,
This PR should close the issue #759.
I workaround this feature comparing the DAO total power with the proposer total power to see if it has an Absolute Threshold. The tests also have been updated.
Let me know if I interpreted it wrongly and I need to re-iterate over it
