WakeReceiver 中为什么又开了WakeNotifyService 这个服务，不清楚要干嘛，我直接在onReceive（）方法中判断GrayService是否在运行，如果不在重新开启这个服务。

这是要让主进程也变成前台进程的做法。灰色服务所在的进程做了成为了前台进程的操作。因为前台进程的进程优先级较低，不容易被系统干掉。 @JustYJQ
