silence all speech when a message is opened and loaded

In the jaws for windows screen reader, you can set Jaws so that when a message is opened in outlook, Jaws will stay silent. It will not read the window title, it will not read anything at all once a message is loaded. Please add this into your addon for NVDA. I don't want NVDA to say anything at all after a message is opened in outlook. If possible, please add this as a customizeable option in the addon specific settings.
