I got a "MESSAGE BLOCKED" mailer response.
The details were:

There is a discussion on-going on the NVDA users group, about a feature which Jaws and Narrator apparently have, which allows pressing enter on an Outlook message, and having the message (not the headers) automatically read to the user.

I thought you might be open to considering a feature such as this in Outlook Extended.
Note, that I no longer use Outlook or Outlook Extended, so have no interest in this other than to pass it on to you as a potential valuable feature to add.
