When trying to run per setup instructions seeing the npt sync error:

Had the same issue, this worked for me in powershell: C:\WINDOWS\system32> net start w32time

I fixed this in Windows by going to windows clock settings and said synch time or something like that, it then worked fine. SO in windows, even if you have it selected, click auto time and auto time zone then click synch,
