Handle publishing from a Git repo with a remote other than 'origin'

When publishing, qpm first checks to see that the current HEAD is published using git ls-remote which with no args assumes 'origin'. However if the Github repo is under a different remote, this command will fail with a not-so-useful error message as in #14
