missing non-comixology publishers #4

These are publishers not listed on the main publisher page of Comixology (US anyway, need to expand to EU support).
These will much of banners or css styles at all on Comixology itself, but some if searched for on Comixology will have a logo of the publisher (like Bubble).

Styling of these and banners might be wanted in the end.
Will not remove completed entries for easier ref for missing style info.

Added some more publishers i had in my personal list for whatever reason. Missing Square Logo Images and/or html and css files.
