Submission server problem?

I can submit several hour ago but then I cannot submit anymore, it always pop-up like #15. Is there any problems on the server?

Hi,

Yes, the server is still online and seems okay. Although reCAPTCHA did record a higher percentage of suspicious requests in the recent week, compared to statistics before that, it might account for the issue you are experiencing.

Not necessarily.

Also the server is indeed up and running, we apologize for the inconvenience but we really haven't spotted anything out of the oridnary on our end.
