Set up a system where an area can duplicate speech from a different area with settings:

listen to an area or multiple areas
listen to sprite, sound and msg
including whispers
listen to just speech (no sprites, yes sounds)
muffled listen with muffled slider (replace certain letters with * or .. Or #)
