Scanning starting resources doesn't guarantee they're all found #25

For the tutorial I am writing I heavily rely on first teaching the player how to scan for resources and how to teleport to them, since teleportation guarantees that nothing will obstruct the way, as opposed to a player who can walk into trees/rocks/water/cliffs, which can be a frustrating first impression of the game and is why teleportation is awesome.

If the player stands near spawn and scans I really want all starting resources to be found for this very reason. Oil isn't a must for this since it is mid-game, but coal, iron, stone, copper and water are definitely essential.

Update: Changes to the scanning tool since this report may have resolved this issue. I do not recall fully, and testing would help.

Meanwhile, the recommended Compass Valley map has all resource patches within a decent range.
