Thanks for this nice tool.

Do you have step-by-step detailed tutorial describing various steps starting from inputing cell-gene expression matrix.

It would make easier to use for beginner like me.

In the example folder you can find a R script as a tutorial. It shows step by step how those read count change to interaction results
