As a user,
I want to see unknown Attestations with a default display,
So that I can still understand what they are

Thanks to #703, we are able to display Attestations with a card view, giving them as much context as possible.
This feature aims to handle the Attestations where we couldn't find an explicit match.

When the Portal and/or the Schema don't match with the configuration file, the following should be used to fill the Card:

• Logo = Stamp icon
• Title = Schema name
• Subtitle = Portal name
• Description = Schema description
