Some Functionality is missing UI

Current Behavior

ArtFactory UI currently does not have any functionality for artists to signup and upload new content. It also does not have any functionality for supporters to pay and view content uploaded by artists.

Wanted Behavior

ArtFactory should allow artists to interact with the smart contract by signing up and uploading new content.

• React components that allow artists to sign up and upload new content
• React components that allow supporters to browse, pay and view content

Cloned and ran the app, I see that signup is already in so I'll start with uploads and browse, pay to view content.

Recently finished designing the xdai burner-wallet in React, which was essentially a huge rewrite, so I'm familiar with dapp architecture. Also used Semantic UI quite a bit.

@topealabi I see that signup was recently implemented in #22 so the next steps are upload and browse -> pay -> view, right?

I have some ideas / questions for this. Is there a gitter / slack channel for discussion?
