FYI, after cloning this repo & running truffle compile, no build directory was created. Not sure if it's because I'm using a different truffle version, or what?

$ truffle version
Truffle v5.0.1 (core: 5.0.1)
Solidity v0.5.0 (solc-js)
Node v10.13.0
