+1 Built-in chrome session manager does that.

What built in session manager? I don't see such a thing.
By "built in session manager" I meant the mechanism that restores all Chrome tabs after a crash.
Apparently it cannot be done until this Chromium issue is fixed: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=41321
