Add fluor decoupled 1H-NMRs to Analyses

Please add 1H{19F} fluor decoupled 1H-NMR as Type ( Chemical Methods Ontologly) in the Analyses Tab. It's not listed yet.

19F{1H} is also missing :)

Instead of requests for single measurement types to be added, the selection should rather systematically be re-worked to include all relevant combinations and nuclei (there is a lot beyond 1H, 13C, and 19F)
