Meeting Reminders

We need an interface to let students schedule personal meeting reminders from the schedule page.

Something like a button next to each event on the schedule page, then a dialog that pops up and lets them select the time before meeting/delivery method for the reminder.

The last input for time/delivery method should be remembered so the next button they click pops up with previous settings.
