Notify a supervisor he's being added to a project

Currently the owner is the only one capable of editing a project, and can add anybody as a supervisor.
So called supervisor is not being notified through the platform that he's going to the event, so the communication relies on the owner telling the supervisor about it and him agreeing.
We could ensure this more easily by notifying the supervisor as well.
