Sharing Icons block - [Accessibility issue]VoiceOver on Mac and Narrator on Windows not reporting icons

Description

When using the Sharing Icons block with VoiceOver (and Narrator on Windows), the voiceover only says "Link" for each icon, instead of "Link, Facebook" and so on, for accessibility purposes

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add the Sharing Icons block into a page
2. On your MacBook, go to System Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it on
3. Open the previously created page using VoiceOver
