Slider not loading in Neve's header.

Description

When using the Slider block in a widget area that you load in Neve's header, the block scripts are not loading anymore.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install Neve and Neve Pro and activate them
2. Install Otter
3. Add a widget area component inside the header
4. In that widget area add a slider block
5. Save everything and check it on frontend

If you load the same widget somewhere in the page content, the issue is not present anymore. I didn't tested this but it's possible to happen with other blocks too.
