Wrong link from the Free vs Pro tab in Neve options #4161

Description

When clicking the Info icon > details link, in Neve Options page > Free vs Pro tab, the link will redirect to a private Docs page.
I think we should fix that.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Install Neve Free v3.7.3
  2. Go to Neve options page
  3. Open the Free vs Pro tab
  4. Hover o the Header/Footer builder info icon
  5. Click on details link
