Closing tooltip on map, closes property details

Right now if users click the X (close) icon on the properity tooltip, essentially saying I'm not interested in this property, the right side still displays the property.

Change it so when a user clicks the X (close) on a property tooltip, the right panal goes back to the list view immediately. I think this better matches the exceptions and desires of the user.

Also, if a user is looking at a property and clicks the Back button, taking them back to the list of properties, the property tooltip should close as well.
