[DMP 2024] Organization project listing

Requirement:
The projects for DMP 2024 that are being created by different participating organisations are not getting stored in Supabase even though the project tickets are as per the defined template and contain the 'DMP 2024' label

Acceptance criteria
When organisations install the app and list the project as per the DMP 2024 template and apply the 'DMP 2024' label, it should automatically get stored in the supabase table dedicated to DMP 2024.

Reason:
To ensure correct listing of all projects for DMP 2024

Kanav to share the details with Amit of the orgs whose tickets are not getting listed. Amit to check with them to see if the process is being followed as per the tutorial

Have not installed the app

-> 5 projects of OpenFn are not present in Supabase due to not installing the app previously
-> 1 project of Zenysis not present in Supabase due to not installing the app previously
-> Extend the survey service to work with Sunbird Knowlg Building Block this project of Shikshalokam is not present as they have not used our github issue template but made the issue manually I believe
-> periodtracker by okytracker is present in supabase but missing details, not sure why
-> test-automation-portal by ELEVATE-Project is also not present due failure of using our github issue template

@amit-s19 to talk to the following orgs as dev rel and get them to comply with the SOPs which will resolve these issues. No issue with our system. Closing this ticket.

Vedant to talk to orgs on configuring this right from their end. We should not be running an additional cron to clean this at our end.
