Goal: Issuing certificates to contributors (both community program and DMP), mentors (for DMP) and organizations (for DMP)

User Type: DMP contributor

Usecase:

DMP contributor upon entering ""Certificates and DPG profile"" channel can see two buttons-

Community contribution
DMP contribution

DMP contributor after clicking on 'community contribution' will see two more options-

My certificate
My DPG profile
And the flow ahead of this will be the same as community contributor

DMP contributor after clicking on 'DMP contribution' will see two more options-

My certificate
My DPG profile
