Dear All,
I have successfully done sample run in UAV Tool Box and could produce Timex, Bright and Dark images, I got stuck to proceed further to produce bathymetry by using cBathy tool box. I have a query that how UAV tool box is connected with cBathy tool box? I mean are the outputs of UAV will be used as input for cBathy like that? I got stuck there. Please anyone let me how to proceed further and how to run cBathy tool box?
Thanking you.

If you created a 'grid' pixel instrument during the UAV Toolbox collection, then there should be a .mat output timestack with the 'mBW' string in its filename. That is the timestack over the grid that cBathy uses as the signal to process.
Other site-specific cBathy input should be modified in a file like argus02a.m
Follow along some of the demo files to see how cBathy is used in context. E.g. cBathyDemoWithPlots.m

There is also another issue I am finding when using the UAV Toolbox: in the demoInputFile, if the xyCam and zCam are inputs in a real world coordinates, the algorithm does not work well for undistorting the UV coordinates.
