Which dir to push the slide files to

Hi guys,

Great work on the deck and thanks for bringing my attention to reveal.md - great stuff.

I have been trying, without success to push the deck to our CF instance but not quite there yet. I pushed from the scripts folder as this holds the manifest file. This creates an "app" successfully and I can see reveal.md starting and a number of files in the DEA but when I go to the URL I get a blank page rather than the directory listing I see what going to you live account at slides.cf-hero.cloudcredo.io.

Can you advise on the correct process e.g. which folder I should be in to push to CF?

Have also tried pushing from the root directory using cf push -f slides/manifest.yml but that doesn't work either.
