배송비 계산시, 위치 API를 이용하여 거리에 따른 배송비에 차등을 두어야 한다.
사업자가 달라도 기본 배송비는 3천원으로 동일
제주도 및 도서 산간 지역은 추가 배송비 3천원
2만원 이상 주문시 배송비 무료(지역에 상관없이)
