Describe the bug
Menu (UIList) is not displaying the second line of footer.

Steps to reproduce
Try to consume (e) a wound care item such as a bandage or antiseptic. You won't see the second line footer which gives information on the effect of the antiseptic.
Expected behavior
Show the full footer line.

Latest Experimental. The keybindings +, -, and = are not working either. Can't produce game information.
