Describe the bug

0.H Candidate
miscellaneous repair kit can't be reloaded with duct tape on a cardboard roll. The cardboard roll can't be unloaded.
The old workaround of wielding the cardboard roll and smashing a wall works.

Expected behavior

No workaround needed.
