Talk it out before implementing
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
the source for "matchhead bullets" shows them being made using ground and sieved powder from the heads of safety matches (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMGYUmYLhAo). when I implemented them in #74489 I used red phosphorus because that was what matchheads ground into (which was incorrect) but now that the yields of matches are properly differentiated such that red phosphorus can only be obtained from the striker strip on the box itself there is an incongruity.
Solution you would like.
We currently have potassium chloride in game, but match head powder itself is (mostly) potassium chlorate. It's not 100% pure, so the proper solution is probably to just introduce actual matchhead powder again, enable that to be used as an explosive for bombs, and a source of handloading for the incredibly shitty bullets.
Describe alternatives you have considered.
Remove matchhead bullets. no skin off my back, i guess.
