dynamically generated pages not found (404) #3

can someone confirm that the dynamically generated pages aren't working

  1. settings -> Post Notif: enable: After subscription is confirmed: | Send email to subscriber?
  2. create a temp page with the shortcode[post_notif_subscribe] and subscribe yourself
  3. 2 mails are sent, 1st is confirmation request - click the confirm link and although you will be confirmed, the page that's supposed to load doesn't
  4. 2nd mail provides links to change subscribed categories and unsubscribe - both links are 404

i tried to check the error logs in /var/log but i'm not seeing where any of them show anything wrong
