I had an idea -- OIT's new F5s may have reverse proxy functionality built in. This would let us get phila.gov/healthexplorer. Let's ask network if they know. Otherwise we'll just put in a ticket for the subdomain.

@timwis I was just discussing this with @Kistine yesterday. That is preferable - otherwise let me know & subdomain it is.
